Slow Food International Congress

So don't feel too jealous... but on Thursday morning, I'm off to Puebla Mexico for three days to participate in the first ever Slow Food International Congress to be held outside of Europe! Not only do I get to eat great food (mole poblano!) and meet interesting people (700 delegates from 50 countries!) but I will hopefully learn lots about the Slow Food movement - where we've been, where we're going, and how we plan to get there...
